For sale and wanted
One of our longest standing club members, John Collins, has finally decided to offer his collection of scale model yachts for sale. John lives in Longwell Green (Bristol) and he has the following models for sale:
(1) 'MANX NOBBY', built by Chris West of the Bristol Industrial Museum,
(2) 'JOLIE BRISE' PILOT CUTTER, LENGTH 50 INS
BOTH THE ABOVE MODELS ARE PLANK ON FRAME. ALSO BOTH MODELS HAVE COTTON SAILS
(3) 'ARGUS' SCHOONER, LENGTH 60 INS. HULL BUILDER BOB UNDERWOOD, MODEL HAS TWO RIGGS, WISHBONE AND GAFF
(4) FRENCH BISQUINE, BUILDER RAY DAVIS, ALSO WITH COTTON SAILS
(5) and (6) TWO 36 INS UNA RIGGED YACHTS, ONE IS AN IMMACULATE MICKEY FINN
ALL THE ABOVE MODELS ARE FITTED WITH SAIL WINCHES AND RUDDER SERVOS
